REFUND POLICY

Throne Events Return/Refund Policy

 

Throne Events is a company registered in England and Wales collectively referred to a “Throne Events”, “we”, or “us” in this policy.

 

Overview

Throne Events return/refund policy is 7 days cancellation of event ticket from the day of purchase. Customers must email contact@throneevents.com before or on the 7th day.

 

After 7 days all tickets will be non-refundable for any reason including sickness/illness OR injury.

If the purchase is made within 30 days of the event taking place, then the tickets will be non-refundable from the date of purchase.

 

Should the event be cancelled by Throne Events, Throne Events will look to reschedule the event to a later date where possible. If an event cannot be rescheduled, then all ticket holders will be automatically refunded in full, refunds can take up to 30 days to clear.

 

Should the event be postponed by Throne Events then all ticket holders will have 7 days to select to exchange tickets for a future event OR apply for a refund in full by emailing Contact@throneevents.com. If the ticket holder does not apply to exchange or refund within 7 days, then Throne Events will assume the ticket holder has agreed to keep their ticket for the postponed date.

 

Throne Events ltd reserves the right to cancel a ticket(s) or Event(s) at any time. Ticket holders will be notified via email and updated via social media @throneeventsuk.
