About us.

TE is not the developer, organiser or owner of Legacy Events listed, TE is not the seller of tickets or merchandise of Legacy Events, TE manages tickets and registrations on behalf of organisers and support event marketing.

TE offers Legacy Events free of charge to the organiser*, a small legacy charge is added to the value of a ticket, Organisers can choose to absorb this fee or pass it onto consumers. 100% of legacy fees will be donated to mental health and suicide prevention charities.

*Additional charges may apply for poster design, sponsored events and other costs incurred by TE.

Organisers agree to advertise and market their event using www.throneeventsuk.com as their primary source of ticket sales. Although organisers can use third party sites for additional reach, they agree to solely promote TE ticket sales as their primary source of ticket sales.

Postponed/Cancelled Events

In the case that an event is postponed or cancelled event organisers must inform TE at their earlier convenience to ensure consumers can be notified in a timely manner. Where events are postponed consumers will have 7 days following notification to claim a refund, all tickets will subsequently be transferred free of charge to the new date.

Where events are cancelled event organisers agree to give consumers a full refund. Monies held in TE account will be released automatically within 14days. If monies have already been paid to event organisers, they must repay to TE in order for refunds to be processed. Organisers accept full responsibility for refunding consumers and waive all TE responsibilities from the refunding process.

Reverse transactions. If a consumer orders their bank to issue a reverse transaction, organisers will be given 1 week to dispute the transaction.
