Throne Events Services
What we do.
We are an LGBTQ+ events management platform, helping small businesses and independent events organiser to grow and strive whilst consumers connect through a range of memorable diverse live experiences. Through Cherry Valentine Legacy Events organisers can use Throne Events (TE) ticket selling platform for FREE whilst TE will create and deliver a marketing plan.
TE is not the developer, organiser or owner of Legacy Events listed, TE is not the seller of tickets or merchandise of Legacy Events, TE manages tickets and registrations on behalf of organisers and support event marketing.
Event organisers are solely responsible for ensuring events and event details comply with all applicable rules, laws and regulations, and that all event details and delivery is presented in an accurate and satisfactory way.
TE offers Legacy Events free of charge to the organiser*, a small legacy charge is added to the value of a ticket, Organisers can choose to absorb this fee or pass it onto consumers. 100% of legacy fees will be donated to mental health and suicide prevention charities.
*Additional charges may apply for poster design, sponsored events and other costs incurred by TE.
Organisers agree to advertise and market their event using www.throneeventsuk.com as their primary source of ticket sales. Although organisers can use third party sites for additional reach, they agree to solely promote TE ticket sales as their primary source of ticket sales.
Money and Payment
Organisers accept all responsibility for their own taxes and declarations of income.
Legacy Fee will be added to the value of tickets at checkout. Legacy fee will be charges at 10% for all tickets up to a ticket value of £20 (£2 fee) % will be adjusted for tickets that exceed this value.
All legacy fees will be donated to mental health and suicide prevention charities, TE will decide which charities benefit from the donations with consultation of the consumers.
Organisers will be paid accrued income of ticket sales once refund period has cleared (see refund policy), payments will be made up to 7 days before the start date of an event, any payment received in 7 days before an event will be processed up to 7 days after the event.
Consumers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the event start date. All refunds will include legacy fee and service fees in full.
In the case that an event is postponed or cancelled event organisers must inform TE at their earlier convenience to ensure consumers can be notified in a timely manner. Where events are postponed consumers will have 7 days following notification to claim a refund, all tickets will subsequently be transferred free of charge to the new date.
Where events are cancelled event organisers agree to give consumers a full refund. Monies held in TE account will be released automatically within 14days. If monies have already been paid to event organisers, they must repay to TE in order for refunds to be processed. Organisers accept full responsibility for refunding consumers and waive all TE responsibilities from the refunding process.
Reverse transactions. If a consumer orders their bank to issue a reverse transaction, organisers will be given 1 week to dispute the transaction. Should the bank decide that insufficient evidence has been presented and move forward with a reversed transaction then event organisers must issue the funds back to TE in order to process and accept any fees occurred by website provider WIX.
